Creating Great Places Where People and Progress Thrive.

Our Mission and experience

Clark Property R+D (CPRD) is a real estate development and advisory firm founded in 2013 with a mission to create impactful places and resilient communities through thoughtful, well-executed projects. With over 25 years of combined experience in land acquisition, rezoning, planning, and development, our team has led projects totaling more than 350 acres, 2,500 residential units, and 2.6 million square feet of commercial space.

We specialize in transforming underutilized land into vibrant, equitable, and financially viable developments—advising both public and private clients on strategies that align market feasibility with community benefit, long-term sustainability, and scalable impact.

Our approach

We approach every project with a collaborative, community-first mindset—working alongside stakeholders to ensure developments align with local priorities, equity goals, and long-term economic sustainability. From early engagement through final implementation, we build trust and co-create solutions that reflect the voices of residents and the vision of our partners.

Leveraging expertise in urban planning, zoning, development, and sustainable design, we tailor strategies that balance financial viability with lasting community impact. Our goal is to deliver projects that generate enduring value—for landowners, local governments, and future generations.

From concept to completion

Our work spans the full development lifecycle—from early-stage deal sourcing and land acquisition to planning, entitlements, budgeting, construction, and project stabilization. We also provide program-level and policy advisory services that help public agencies, nonprofits, and mission-aligned partners shape strategies, streamline approvals, and implement equitable development frameworks.

Whether leading a project from start to finish or advising on a specific phase or policy, we bring deep technical expertise, cross-sector perspective, and a collaborative approach that aligns community needs with financial feasibility and implementation success.
