Leadership
Bridging real estate investment, development, and planning to create lasting impact.
Jesse Clark is the Managing Director of Clark Property R+D (CPRD) and a real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in development, planning, and advisory services. Since founding CPRD in 2013, he has led the acquisition, entitlement, and execution of projects totaling 127 acres, 1,340 residential units—including affordable and workforce housing—and over 775,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. His work bridges private-sector strategy with public-sector policy, helping clients deliver financially viable developments with lasting community impact.
Jesse advises local governments, housing authorities, and nonprofits on land use policy, zoning reform, housing incentives, and program design—aligning feasibility with equitable outcomes. He builds trusted partnerships, facilitates stakeholder consensus, and navigates complex approvals for urban infill, adaptive reuse, and mixed-income developments.
Prior to CPRD, Jesse served as Executive Director of the Historic District Development Corporation, leading a major portfolio turnaround in the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic District. He also held a senior role at Songy Highroads, managing large-scale commercial and hospitality developments across the Southeast.
Earlier in his career, he supported over $2.4 billion in transactions and strategic research at Ernst & Young and Berkadia, working with Fortune 500 clients and institutional investors.
Jesse holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from Georgia Tech, a BBA in Finance from UCF, and is AICP certified and licensed in Georgia. He has taught graduate-level real estate at Georgia State University and served as a U.S. Army National Guard medic, earning the Army Commendation Medal.
